Misiqi designs and manufactures custom waste crushing blades for recycling and size-reduction lines. Materials & Heat Treatment

• Tool steels: D2/SKD11, Cr12MoV, 9CrSi/6CrW2Si for high wear resistance

• Alloy steels: 42CrMo for impact-resistant parts (spacers, shafts, holders)

• Hot/abrasion options: H13, carbide-tipped edges for glass- and mineral-loaded streams

• Treatments: through-hardening or differential hardening; optional cryogenic stabilization; nitriding/boronizing; hardfacing overlays for edge build-up resistance

• Typical hardness: 56–60 HRC (D2/SKD11) / up to 62 HRC for fine granulation knives (application-dependent)

• Surface finish: Ra 0.4–0.8 µm on sealing/stack faces; finer on cutting edges as required
