    Materials & Heat Treatment

    • Tool steels: D2/SKD11, Cr12MoV, 9CrSi/6CrW2Si for high wear resistance

    • Alloy steels: 42CrMo for impact-resistant parts (spacers, shafts, holders)

    • Hot/abrasion options: H13, carbide-tipped edges for glass- and mineral-loaded streams

    • Treatments: through-hardening or differential hardening; optional cryogenic stabilization; nitriding/boronizing; hardfacing overlays for edge build-up resistance
